– Because Brand & Palms brand kits are pre-designed, no edits outside of text and information are permitted.Â
– This pre-made brand package is not a custom brand.
– Due to the nature of digital file delivery, all pre-made brand sales are final. – no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
– Brand kits from Brand & Palms are not limited purchases and can be sold more than once. (Custom text and information make them unique to each brand)
– Every brand kit comes with one round of *complimentary revisions.
*Complimentary Revisions being small changes such as font size, alignment of the elements, placements, or positioning.
It cannot be an overall design change, as that will then be counted as a new design altogether.
*Due to the nature of the product, only minimal customization are possible (eg. your Business Name, Industry // Tagline, Business Card Information, and Gift Card information. Fonts, design, and layout cannot be changed.

They each include a Main Logo, Secondary Logo, Submark, Customized Color Palette, Patterns/textures files, Typography, Brand Style Guide, and * extras depending on the package. *Business card, Gift Card, Website buttons, Social media Icons//Social media templates.

Sit back and relax
Upon purchase, I will carefully customize the brand for your business in just ten business days. You’ll get a peek at the full brand in an initial proof, all you need to do is double-check and approve.

Once you give the green light, I will finalize all the brand elements for your use in all popular file formats and I will send you the files via email. Congrats, Go ahead and share your new brand with the world!

Once you received your final files you can use them as you see fit! You may use your final branding eg. logo and colors on your website, social media, or on any marketing collateral.
Due to font licensing restrictions, we cannot provide font files to you, but will advise on where any fonts can be downloaded//purchased.
Typically, the fonts are free for commercial use and I’ll provide a link where you can download the file. If you need to purchase an additional font license, the link will be included in the product description. You do not need to own font files to use your logo.
Every brand kit comes with one round of *complimentary revisions at no additional cost. Any further edits will be billed at Brand & Palms hourly rate//$70 USD per hour.
*Complimentary Revisions being small changes such as font size, alignment of the elements, placements or positioning.
It cannot be an overall design change, as that will then be counted as a new design all together.
The product you are purchasing is a customized design which will be supplied to you in a digital file//organized folder format (eg. PNG, JPEGS and PSD files) and sent to you via email. The digital file//organized folder will be placed in Onedrive for you to access.
I’ve made up these names with the idea of it being updated with your business name. I would recommend researching if the name already is registered or trademarked to see if it’s possible.
